1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Guess The Goal mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Service Description

Guess The Goal is a football prediction game that allows users to predict the minute of the first goal in football matches. Users can compete against friends on private leaderboards and earn points based on the accuracy of their predictions. The Service covers matches from top football leagues and competitions worldwide.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. Predictions & Scoring

The Service allows you to make predictions on football matches. Points are awarded based on the accuracy of your prediction. Predictions must be submitted before the scheduled kick-off time. Once submitted, predictions cannot be changed after the lock period. We reserve the right to void or adjust predictions in cases of match cancellations, abandonments, or data discrepancies.

6. Leaderboards

Users may create leaderboards and invite others to compete. Some leaderboard features may require an in-app purchase.

7. In-App Purchases

The Service offers in-app purchases for additional leaderboard slots. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Purchases are non-consumable and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Manipulate predictions, scores, or leaderboards through fraudulent means
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users of the Service
  • Use the Service for any form of gambling or wagering real money

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by TBS Labs LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of match data, scores, or results. The Service is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute gambling.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TBS Labs LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or delays in match data or scoring
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TBS Labs LTD, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
